Aileen began working with Kidz Therapeze in 2005 as a student volunteer. After receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2010, she decided to return to the clinic that inspired her to become a pediatric physical therapist, fortunately located in her hometown. While at Kidz, Aileen has had the opportunity to learn and grow as a therapist. She’s worked with children with a variety of conditions, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, spinal muscular atrophy, and autism, as well as orthopedic conditions, such as scoliosis and post-surgical rehabilitation. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and teaching student physical therapists by working as a Clinical Instructor. She is also NDT certified in the management and treatment of children with cerebral palsy and other neuromotor disorders.
Aileen is married to her high school sweetheart, Chris. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family and friends, read, and cook.
